This cozy, unpretentious eatery captures the essence of traditional Florentine flavors with impeccable freshness and genuine hospitality.
The menu offers a delightful journey through classic Tuscan dishes, with particular praise for the Bistecca alla Fiorentina, a hearty, perfectly grilled steak generously portioned to satisfy even two diners. Accompany it with roasted potatoes and a simple salad to balance the richness—though portions are modest, the quality and flavor more than compensate. Pasta lovers will find themselves enchanted by the house specialties such as tagliatelle with beef ragu or the delicate tortellini and gnocchi, all crafted with fresh homemade pasta and slow-cooked sauces that evoke deep, savory warmth in every bite.
Dessert here is not to be missed—especially the tiramisu, which caught multiple visitors’ eyes through the window before entrancing their palates with its velvety texture and perfectly balanced sweetness. It’s so generously sized and delicious that many leave determined to return just for this little indulgence.
The cozy, homey ambiance creates a welcoming atmosphere where you feel almost like enjoying a meal in a Florentine friend’s dining room. Whether you arrive without a reservation or after a day of exploring the city, the attentive staff offers warm, accommodating service, guiding you effortlessly through the Italian-only menu with thoughtful recommendations that ensure a satisfying meal from start to finish.

The carefully curated wine list, featuring excellent house wines, perfectly complements the dishes, enhancing the overall sensory experience.
Visitors often share a sense of delight that transcends mere satisfaction—the kind of meal that lingers in memory, from the first crunch of bruschetta to the final sip of rich coffee. It’s no wonder this trattoria quickly becomes a favorite stop for travelers who venture here by chance and stay by choice.

Local. We saw this place during afternoon and we did back because of the tiramisu that we saw from the window hahah and it was absolutely delicious. We also had a Bisteca Fiorentina, that was enough for 2, and roasted potatoes and salad (small portions but there was beef enough, so it is ok). Delicious. Everything very tasty. Definitely would back for the tiramisu (even it was bigger than my in a table beside me hahaha)

We came here by accident, but it becomes our favourite restaurant during our one week trip in Florence. Everything is tasty, just so right. It is pity that the second we want to visit here again but it is full. So if you have any chance to get a table here, don't hesitate!

Incredible all around. Wonderful service and hospitality, fresh and delicious ingredients, perfect evening wine. We ordered the bruschetta, tortellini, gnocchi, carbonara, and tiramisu along with a bottle of L’Ordinotte, and we almost certainly ascended to the heavens from how delightful everything was.

I love the authentic Florentine food here. Pasta is 5 out of 5. Tagliatelle récola e grana is highly recommended if you love beef.

We had the carbonara, turkey, potatoes, and then tiramisu for dessert. Everything tasted delicious! Staff were pleasant and accommodating. The place had a cozy, homey ambiance. Prices were reasonable. Overall, great value for money. We came in at around 8:30pm with no reservation and were seated immediately. We would eat here again and we would recommend this place to others.

Delicious and authentic Tuscan cuisine! The ravioli con ragù, especially the maremmani with chianina beef, was a highlight—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The fresh homemade pasta and slow-cooked sauce were exceptional. The trattoria offers a cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and reasonable prices for the quality. A must-visit spot in Florence if you’re seeking traditional flavors and a welcoming dining experience.

Excellent service and hospitality. The menus are in Italian but the owner explained everything and made some terrific recommendations. We had a whole fish and steak meals and they were perfect. House wine is great value and tastes superb. Gracie Mille
